Is There a Case Result You Are Particularly Proud Of?

One of the cases I am most proud of is not necessarily the highest verdict or settlement we’ve achieved at Lever & Ecker, but one that truly changed the life of a single mom with two kids. Her life was forever altered after a rear-end car accident left her unable to return to work, making it incredibly difficult for her to support her family and make ends meet. Despite the case taking a long time, with the insurance company fighting us every step of the way, we were able to secure a significant recovery for her injuries. This recovery was not just a financial settlement, but a meaningful change in her life. After obtaining this result for my client and her family, I felt an immense sense of pride and was reminded why I became an attorney in the first place. It allowed me to take a moment to truly appreciate that I made a real difference in the lives of not only my injured client but her family as well.
