In terms of preparing clients for deposition, that’s probably other than a trial. If a case goes to trial, it is the most important component of a case, so we make sure to take the time that our clients need, and some clients need more time than others. We will meet with them here at our office, however many times, we need to ensure that they feel comfortable and ready to proceed when they’re in the hot seat, so to speak, and being asked questions by the lawyers for the defendant or defendants. We make absolutely certain that no client starts their deposition before they’re absolutely comfortable and ready to go forward.
